Southland Transportation needs CDL drivers for local runs near Booneville and Charlotte, North Carolina. Multiple shift times are available. Drivers start at $25.00 per hour, with a pay increase to $25.50 per hour after 90 days, plus full Company Driver benefits. Earn quarterly bonuses for safety and mileage, plus clean DOT inspection bonuses.

Haul 100% no touch freight with zero hazmat. Get compensated for unavoidable downtime (detention, multi-stop, breakdown, and layover pay).

Minimum Requirements

  • Class A CDL and at least 23 years old
  • 2+ years of recent semi-tractor experience (within the last 3 years)
  • Able to pass DOT physical, safely & professionally operate a commercial vehicle, and meet basic physical demands (vision, hearing, mobility)
