OTR CDL-A TRUCK DRIVER JOBS

CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Jobs Offer:

  • Starting Pay between $0.69 and $0.73 per mile 
  • Practical Mileage Pay– paid for more of the miles you actually drive
  • Incredible Safety bonuses every 90 days of $1400 to $1725 plus Paid Time Off
  • Out 11 days and home for 3 full days with the truck and trailer

  • **Solo drivers hired between 7/6/2026 – 7/17/2026 receive a guarantee of $1,800 gross per week for the first 5 payroll periods. 
  • **All drivers that graduate between 7/6//2026 – 7/31/2026 will receive an extra $750 on their 1st check. 
  • **Drivers in the OTR 11 and OTR 11 Holiday Fleets will receive an extra $1,500 on their 1st check in addition to the extra $750.(7/6/26-7/31/26)
  • All of this above is in addition to our base Transition Bonus below
  •  Solo Driver Transition Bonus = CSA Bonus w/(PTO) and On Road Bonus 1st check and then On Road Bonus after 30 days
