Job Description

El Paso OTR Solo and Team Drivers (100 mile radius from ELP)

  1. Solo Pay – Starting pay is 53CPM but we want to advertise that they can make over 56CPM with the bonuses
  2. Team Pay – 70CPM split (35 cents per driver)
  3. Miles – 3,000-3,5000 per week for solo/ 6,000 per week for team
  4. Mileage Bonus – 2CPM for 13k+ miles in a month
  5. Diesel Bonus – $100 per month for saving diesel
  6. Safety Bonus – $175 for any level clean inspection
  7. Yearly raise – 1 extra CPM automatic raise every year with company
  8. Sign-on Bonus? – YES $1,700 per driver
  9. Referral bonus: $2,500 for every driver you bring to Sky
  10. Home time – 6 or 7 days out and 34-48 hours home
  11. Assigned Trucks – YES
  12. Truck Speed – 68MPH
  13. Truck Years – 2022 and newer
