Job Description

  • Weekly pay: $1,250 – $1,942
  • Reliable refrigerated OTR freight
  • Consistent OTR routes
  • Flexible home time (minimum 2 weeks out)
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • Performance bonus begins once assigned to a truck
  • Performance bonus: +$0.04 CPM
  • $150 layover pay
  • $30/hour detention pay (after 3 hours)
  • $2,000 referral bonus
  • Additional $0.20 CPM after reaching 10,000 miles each month
