    Pay & Compensation
    Average weekly pay ranges from $1,500–$1,600, with steady mileage, stop pay, and built-in hourly pay components. Drivers also receive meal per diem while traveling overnight, along with monthly safety and performance bonus opportunities.
     
    Route & Schedule
    This position runs established regional driver-assist routes based out of Ashley, Indiana. Drivers are typically home two days during the week and most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Scheduled deliveries to independent hardware stores create predictable routes and dependable freight.
     
    What You’ll Do
    Run assigned regional delivery routes and make scheduled deliveries to customer locations. This is a driver-assist position that includes loading and unloading product at each stop. You’ll complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and paperwork, and provide professional customer service throughout each route.
     
    Requirements
    Candidates should have a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT medical card, and a clean driving record. You must be able to pass a DOT drug and alcohol screening, be comfortable with overnight regional travel, and be capable of performing the physical demands of driver-assist deliveries, including loading and unloading product. Successful drivers are dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
