Job Description

Savannah, GA | Local + Regional Intermodal Freight Gross Earnings: Approximately $560–$1,000/day | $2,800–$5,000/week

HUDD Transportation is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for steady intermodal freight serving our Savannah operation.

Run consistent port freight with a mix of local and regional lanes, strong earning opportunities, and support from one of Savannah’s established drayage teams.

 

What You Can Expect

  • Up to 4–5 local moves per day
  • 2–3 Statesboro moves per day
  • Longer regional runs typically 1 move per day
  • Local moves average approximately $140 including FSC
  • Atlanta-area runs average approximately $1,000 including FSC
  • Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight
  • Steady, consistent volume
  • Weekend work available

The Work You’ll handle intermodal container freight throughout Savannah and the surrounding region, including:

  • Savannah
  • Garden City
  • Rincon
  • Statesboro
  • Valdosta
  • Atlanta
  • Jacksonville

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Owner Operator with your own reliable tractor
  • Reliable equipment
  • Intermodal / port experience preferred
  • Ability to safely handle local and regional freight
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
  • Reliable operators looking for consistent, long-term freight
