Trucking companies unite for annual “Escort to Arlington” to honor veterans. The convoy will transport memorial wreaths to Arlington National Cemetery. The official route will pass through various locations on the East Coast, including schools and memorials. Stops with public events will be held in multiple states before reaching Arlington National Cemetery on National Wreaths Across America Day.

This year’s convoy includes prominent carriers including the following:

  • Baylor Trucking
  • Budd Van Lines
  • Saia LTL
  • Schneider National
  • Witte Bros. Exchange, Inc.
  • Hartt Transportation Systems, Inc.
  • Delhaize Transportation LLC (DBA Hannaford Supermarkets)
  • American Trucking Associations – Workforce Heroes
  • Cargo Transporters, Inc.
  • Prime Inc.
  • Tyson Foods, Inc.
  • Walmart Transportation
  • Pottles Transportation

Load One Carriers will continue their role as the ceremonial wreath transporter for the week. Chevrolet has generously provided 12 specially wrapped escort vehicles to transport participating Gold Star families and veterans during the trip. They have also sponsored 4,000 veterans’ wreaths for placement at Arlington National Cemetery.

On Saturday, December 16, National Wreaths Across America Day ceremonies will take place at over 4,000 locations nationwide. These ceremonies are open to the public and free of charge. To find a participating location near you and support this meaningful cause, click here.

A total of 259,000 sponsored veterans’ wreaths are needed to ensure that every eligible marker at Arlington National Cemetery receives a wreath. Join the convoy and help honor our heroes.
