The Women In Trucking Association has revealed its 2025 list of Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation. From major carriers to logistics and manufacturing leaders, these companies are recognized for creating inclusive, supportive, and opportunity-rich environments for women in trucking.

Many of the most recognized names in trucking are stepping up to make the industry more inclusive, and this year’s Top Companies for Women to Work in Transportation list highlights those efforts. The list, announced by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), recognizes employers across trucking, logistics, and manufacturing that are creating real opportunities for women throughout the transportation workforce.

“The magazine created the award in 2018 to support an element of WIT’s mission: to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry,” said Jennifer Hedrick, CAE, president and CEO of WIT.

A total of 114 companies made this year’s list and will be recognized at the WIT Accelerate Conference and Expo, taking place November 9–12 in Dallas. International Motors, formerly Navistar, is sponsoring this year’s program.

According to Brian Everett, publisher of Redefining the Road, these companies share several core traits that help them stand out. “Earning a place on this distinguished list requires companies to embody the values and actions that define true commitment to attracting, retaining and engaging more skilled, qualified women as a core business strategy,” Everett said. He explained that the qualification process is thorough, starting with nomination reviews and ending with industry voting to determine the final honorees.

The companies recognized demonstrate a strong focus on workplace culture, competitive pay, flexibility, safety, and advancement. They also show commitment to mentorship programs, training opportunities, and leadership development aimed at helping women thrive in transportation careers.
