Job Description

This position includes driver-assisted unloads utilizing rollers, which is exactly why you’ll receive an industry-leading pay package and unload pay for every load. You’ll be the face of the operation at each stop, so strong customer service skills are key as you interact with customers and represent the brand with confidence. You’ll never feel on your own, thanks to a supportive and tenured operations team that’s always ready to help keep you running smoothly.

Pay:

  • $1,000 Sign On Bonus
  • $0.49 – $0.69 per mile
  • $1,700 per week True Up
  • Earn $88K – $98K+ Annually
  • Unload, Stop & Backhaul Pay

Qualifications:

  • Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
  • Paid orientation – upon completion & hired.
  • Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.49 to $.69 cpm depending on route and experience.
  • No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
  • No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
  • SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
