Take the pledge and participate in the powerful 22 Pushup Challenge. This movement aims to raise awareness about the alarming rate of U.S. military veterans who tragically take their own lives every day—an average of 22. By taking part in this challenge, we can honor and support all military service members and veterans.

Participants of the challenge commit to doing 22 pushups every day for 22 consecutive days. This viral campaign gained attention and even caught the interest of Hollywood celebrities, who joined in and challenged each other to take part. Social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and news outlets started sharing videos of famous individuals completing their pushups and encouraging others to do the same, including pro athletes and politicians.
